Le Service Interétablissements de Coopération Documentaire des universités Pierre Mendès France (Grenoble2) et Stendhal (Grenoble3), créé en Septembre 1991, a pour mission de développer le réseau documentaires des deux universités. Il a besoin d"un outil d"évaluation qui lui soit propre et souhaiterait engager une démarche qualité dans le cadre de son projet d"établissement. L"étude proposera des indicateurs d"un tableau de bord et observera, à partir d"enquêtes du personnel de la bibliothèque universitaire Droit-Lettres, les dysfonctionnements du circuit du livre. Elle tentera de suggérer une méthode de changement d"organisation et d"amélioration de la qualité du service.

The Service of Documentary Cooperation for the university Pierre Mendes-France (Grenoble2) and Stendhal (Grenoble3), has created, on September 1991, to promote a common documentary policy for both universities. It needs to create its proper evaluation tools. The aim of this study is to choose the indicators of an instrument-board and thanks to staff investigations in the university library to determine the disfunctionments of the treatment of the book. This work ends with some suggestions to begin a process of change in order to ameliorate the quality of the system.
